《Care for Malaysia Story》 Let’s Help Ms. Chew💗

On March 30, 2025, we (Care for Malaysia Society) received a distress call from Ms. Chew, who was hospitalized at the time. She had just undergone a major surgery (TAHBSO), but was unable to pay the full medical expenses, making her temporarily unable to be discharged.

Upon learning about her situation, we immediately dispatched our volunteers to visit her at the hospital. After communicating with the hospital staff, we successfully assisted her in covering part of the medical costs, enabling her to complete the discharge procedures and return home safely the same day.

The next day, Ms. Chew called again to inform us that, as she was still recovering, she could not work and had no source of income. She was in urgent need of daily essentials like canned food and biscuits. Our volunteers promptly delivered a batch of aid supplies to her home.

Currently, Ms. Chew is living alone in a rented room, with no job and no contactable family members. Her situation is truly difficult. 🙏 We sincerely hope she recovers soon and regains hope in life.
